How It Works

Road bike frame size is measured from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube. The most reliable method uses inseam multiplied by 0.665. Race geometry has a longer, lower position. Endurance geometry is more upright for comfort. Always test ride when possible — two bikes with the same frame size can fit very differently depending on top tube length, head tube height, and stem.
